Site Development Officer

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in wireless deployment and financial planning

• Real Estates sales, Insurance and Mortgage brokerage experience a strong plus

• Sales experience is required

• Possess basic understanding of contracts

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• Must be a highly motivated sales and business development professional

• Have the ability to make effective presentations to high-net worth individuals

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills both on the phone and in person

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter

Job Duties

• SDO will work from assigned sites

• SDO will add or enhance data in company telecommunications system

• SDO will report on a weekly basis to their Manager

• SDO will make expected number of site visits each month

• SDO will generate the expected number of offer letters each month

The ideal candidate will have a sincere desire and personal drive to make over $100,000 a year.
