Recruiting and Direct Hire Services

  • Identifies and writes job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills to meet your requirements

  •  Reviews and edits job descriptions written by others

  •  Writes and places job advertising in various media outlets

  •  Utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates

  •  Initiates contact with qualified candidates

  •  Coordinates communications and screenings of applicants

  •  Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, professional and personal references, and salary requirements

 HR Consulting Services

  • Develop and implement policies, programs, procedures, and plans to ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination provisions of government legislation

  •  Maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

  •  Consult with and counsel management and HR staff to ensure other policies, programs, and procedures meet EEO legal provisions

  •  Conduct analysis of data such as applicant flow, hiring, terminations, promotions, salaries, training, transfers, investigations, accommodation requests, and complaints for required government reporting and internal monitoring purposes.

  • Conduct analysis of Affirmative Action Program, EEO-1 Report, and Vets-100 reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Assist in writing HR manuals policies and guidelines
