Data Improvement Representative

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Use resources to update and verify data in the companies Site Management System

• Assist in the improvement of existing data by using online resources and third party software/tools

• Recommend new strategies to gather and improve data quality by using phone, mail, email, etc…

 Job Requirements

• Must have excellent data entry experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access

• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work effectively and efficiently

• Should have prior customer service experience 

• Must have a comfortable and friendly phone voice and style

• Must have the ability to prioritize competing priorities

• Familiarity with the cellular tower space is a plus
